I a series of delightful experiences at Porfa recently. The cafe is well designed, comfortable and beautiful. The coffee program was dialed in! Wells coffee on espresso served perfectly. On Sunday I caught a Cinnabon that hit on so many levels. Perfect for working by yourself or with connecting a small group around the table.

We were out exploring Fort Lauderdale when this place popped up in my recommendations, so we decided to give it a try….. and honestly, such a nice surprise. I went with a group of friends, so we pretty much ordered a little bit of everything and shared. Hot coffee, iced coffee, matcha… and everything was actually really good. The only slightly awkward part is the line to order, since it forms right next to the tables where people are already sitting and enjoying their drinks. • But other than that, we had a really good experience and I’d definitely come back.

I genuinely have no words for how good this place is. I am not usually one for sugary syrups, but Porfa could not be further from that. All of their syrups are homemade, which is amazing, and despite wanting to try all the other flavours, I cannot stop ordering the churro syrup in my coffee. This is a true coffee shop. The quality of the beans is incredible, the baristas are amazing and the staff are always so kind. Even when they are really busy, they are friendly, welcoming and so fast. Their mobile number membership is also incredible and so worth signing up for. It is genuinely so generous. I have had half-price coffees, free coffees and even free cinnamon buns just for being a member, which is insane. Even though I live a little further away, I still visit every weekend because it is genuinely some of the best coffee I have ever had, with the best churro syrup of my life. It is also dog friendly, which I love, and the cinnamon buns they serve on Sundays are phenomenal. I honestly wish they served them all weekend because they are that good. I could not recommend Porfa enough. It is the perfect example of amazing staff serving the highest quality drinks.

Portfa Coffee Shop is a hidden gem that has absolutely stolen my heart. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with warmth, charm, and the aroma of exceptional coffee. The staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel like family from day one. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance—cozy and inviting, yet vibrant and modern. Every cup of coffee is crafted to perfection, whether you’re a fan of rich espressos or smooth lattes. They source their beans thoughtfully, and you can taste the difference in every sip. Their pastries and small bites are just as noteworthy—fresh, delectable, and often locally sourced. My favorite is their almond croissant, which is heavenly. I’ve found Portfa to be a perfect spot for both solo visits and friendly meetups. The attention to detail, from the décor to the service, is top-notch. It’s clear the team at Portfa takes immense pride in what they do. If you’re in town, you absolutely must stop by—this is a place that transforms a simple coffee break into a memorable experience. Five stars without a doubt!

Amazing local coffee spot. They have abundant parking, inside there are many spots to work from or just sit and converse. The decor is chic and welcoming. Friendly staff and they always have good music going. I love the churro latte; highly recommended and the sangria cake. I also tried the guava cheese pastry which is delicious. Try them out and support local you won’t be sorry.
